Jojo got a zoo membership and we have been trying to take our crazy kiddos together for a few weeks, and this morning the stars aligned and we made plans for after nap time. ( Everything works better after naps)

I love outings with Jojo. She has become such an amazing, confident, fun, “doer” lady and mom. She wants to be the mom who gets outside, runs around, and experiences things with her little people. And it helps to watch someone with slightly older kids who has already figured it out. Mom goals.

The baby  orangutan was hilarious. He kept wrapping himself up in his blankets, like Hazel does, and was playing ghostie and falling around making a real show. Hazel thought it was hilarious! She just watched with her infectious laugh.

Other favorite animals included the flamingos, the walk-in exotic birds exhibit, tigers, elephants, the farm animals, and baby monkeys. It was a perfect cousin day.
