These three garbage bags are not much to look at, but they are the end result of 2 hours of hard mom work. Jojo, my angel organizational sister, came over and helped change out all my kids clothes and shoes. We both get a sick high from purging things from our houses, so it was time well spent. Win win.

Plus the three little girls got to play together. And Jojo and I took turns squishing cute Mr. Levi. The girls bring the mischievousness out in each other, so it’s always a little risky when they play behind a closed door. But we had work to do, so we let them play. Minimal damage created today.
This afternoon, I went out to check on the girls and found Micah shooting hoops with them in the front yard. Best 15 year old boy award to him! They adore him. I hope my girls grow up to be kind like that.

We had a bit of a meltdown in the late afternoon. Reminder- it is the middle of January. And my girls were both having fits that I wouldn’t let them put on their suits and get in the pool. We eventually came to an agreement that suits could be the dinner attire but they had to stay inside. They painfully agreed to the terms.
Then Hazel and Ruby were wrestling on my bed, and before I knew it I was surrounded by my kids, who were all demanding to be held. Everyone was yelling and finally, Ruby shoved her head inside the bottom of my shirt and screamed, “I just want to be alone!!” (Me too Rubes.) She did not appreciate me laughing at her. Being a mama is the best. I really do love it.
