1. post once a week- I️ am calling this my “family history.” That soundless hardcore to me/ manageable. Am then I’m writing to tell our story.

2. move our bodies – Me- yoga twice a week. Marc- work out 3-4 times a week

3. read the Book of Mormon every 2 months. (I️ got this one from sydney soelberg) and I️ love it!

january-february: promises that God makes to us

march-april: how to be a better mother

may-june: how to be a better wife

july-august: how to more effectively communicate with God

september-october: how to overcome and persevere through hard times

november-december: learning more about God

4. temple time– take turn going to the temple weekly and go together monthly
