I was feeding Ruby and looking on Instagram while she ate. And then I looked at the clock, “oh my goodness, it’s been 30 minutes and I didn’t even pay attention to her.” When she started eating on the other side she was eating and making her her goofy smiles. And I missed it. I need to put down my phone and just hold my baby. Let her hold my hand while she eats. Talks with her. And just “be” with her and be present. 

I love her.
