Happy birthday to me! Growing up twenty five always sounded so old and adultish and that I should have my act together or accomplished something great; I am still making it up as I go but in the lines of amazing feats I gave birth! That’s for sure noteworthy, bringing someone into the world – done. Awesome. ππ»
Birthday cheese

(This was my desk when I got to work. Best boss/ Dad ever)
Birthday dinner at our house entails hitting up FREE food. We hit up good ol’ Joe and had some BBQ. I’m a sucker for briquette with a side of home made apple sauce with my celebratory paper hat. I don’t know why everyone else does not take advantage of the Joe paper hat. This hat says “hello world I just had delicious barbeque”,” I support local business”, and “I’m recyclable.” I mean no one thinks it’s weird if you wear extra ears around Disney Land…

Then we swung across the street for a free dessert at Liberty Market. I have a real hard time making decisions about trivial things- like picking a dozen donuts, shoes for an outfit, and what free dessert to pick. I don’t won’t to blow it… Unless it has birthday candles in obviously. I went with the homemade oatmeal cream pie. It did not disappoint
We capped the evening with a family walk around the neighborhood. The weather has been abnormally cool for this late in April so it felt amazing. I love evening walks with Marc. Small talk about all our big hopes, dreams, and a bit of,silliness really. Today we were falling abut how we are going to pay for dentsal school. As we were walking through the thr little alley way short cut by the park we both looked at each other and commented how it stunk of skunk or really cheap weed. Just then we turned the corner and two neighborhood boys were hanging around with faces that screamed guilty. I couldn’t help but laugh all the rest of the way home.
